PINK - A Breast Cancer Fundraiser

Pink - Breast Cancer Awareness October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month every year, but Dallas hip hop, known for being ahead of the curve, just couldn't wait that long to do their part. So this year, a week before October, we are going to help raise awareness for a problem that affects so many women and their families throughout the world. Pink is the collaborative effort of Poor Vida Productions, The Intelligent South, and Rec Shop to help raise awareness and money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

This special event will be held on Thursday, September 22nd at Zubar on Lower Greenville in Dallas. The night will feature a wide array of artists and performers from the Dallas underground scene, including MC's GOAT, Jackrabbit James, and Drama Tha King, as well as DJ's Nemeses and Love. We will also be showcasing (and selling / auctioning) artwork from some of the best artists in Dallas.

Pink will be a free event, with a suggested donation of $5. Profits will go directly to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Proceeds from art sales, as well as T Shirt sales will also benefit the NBCF, so make sure to come planning on your next art and or clothing purchase. We will have plenty of literature available at the event, so come out and learn a little, and meet a few of the best artists and musicians in Dallas. Full flyer and lineup below.
