Do you want to perform at Sunday Sessions? It's your stage!
Follow these simple steps to get booked...

1. Create an account on www.PoorVida.com
(Registration is at the top of the page, or just click here)

2. Confirm your account, then post your request in the Sunday Sessions forum, along with a link to your music.
(Forum is in the main navigation on the left, or just click here)

3. Check back often to get confirmation, and timeslots.
Make sure to check your email as well.
(Bookings are first come first serve. If you don't make it on this month, you will be in line for the next month automatically)

4. In the meantime, go ahead and add your videos, music, pictures, and events to the PoorVida website.

Every first Sunday of the month, Poor Vida hosts Sunday Sessions at the Green Elephant. Sunday Sessions features new, upcoming, and established underground hip hop artists from all over Texas. Each show puts 8 or more acts on stage for 15 minute showcases, alongside Poor Vida's DJ Trek, and often other special guest DJ's. Special events have been known to feature B Boys, Graffitti artists, surprise guests, and even burlesque acts.

If you are interested in performing at Sunday Sessions, or know someone who is, the signup process is simple - Just visit our forum, and make a post in the Sunday Sessions Forum - include a link to your music, so we can build a proper lineup. Performances are booked on a first come first serve basis.
